Eligibility:
You might hold a Masters degree/ PhD in your area OR a Bachelors degree. Those who hold a MBBS/BTech/BA LLB may even contribute. The requirement is such made so that the everyone can write their heart out and speak of their thoughts and feelings
through articles but the quality of the articles should be maintained at a standard,
acceptable to most people. If you are not even an established
geek, there are no laws for you!
So the bottomline is any one can contribute without any barriers or laws.

You do not have to pay anything (no publication charges) and you also do not get
